Bossier City Teenager Faces Additional Charges

5/11/2010

A Bossier City teenager faces additional charges after being arrested Tuesday for witness intimidation, said Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen. He has now been charged with three counts of theft, three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of criminal property damage and one count of simple burglary.

Jacob Marvin Husser, 18, of the 5200 block of John Wilson Drive, was arrested on the additional charges while already incarcerated at the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for witness intimidation related to the crimes of theft, criminal trespass, criminal property damage and simple burglary.

On Tuesday, a Bossier Sheriff’s detective was interviewing a witness regarding a number of crimes Husser had been involved in. The witness was in the back seat of the detective’s vehicle, and while the interview was in progress, Husser pulled up to the detective’s car and told the witness he better not talk. Husser was told to leave, but he circled the block and came back a second time. He gave the witness a very intimidating look and again told him he better not talk. This was done in a very aggressive manner, causing the witness to fear for his safety.

Husser was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility and booked. His bond was set at $68,500.
