Alabama Woman Arrested for Disturbing the Peace

An Alabama woman was arrested early this morning for disturbing the peace drunk, said Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen. Shirley Donnell Finklia, 47, of Atmore, Al., was arrested after her sister called the sheriff’s office. Finklia’s sister had deputies dispatched to her home because Finklia was drunk and standing outside of her home, yelling and hitting the door. When deputies arrived, Finklia had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. She was standing in clear view and hearing range of the neighbors. She was arrested and transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking. Her bond is set at $150.
